Deposit and Payment
A deposit of $300 (cash or check) is required to confirm a reservation, with a
balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Your reservation deposit is refundable less
a $50 fee for any cancellation received at least 60 days prior to your arrival. No
refunds will be given for cancellations due to inclimate weather (consider travel
insurance).
Security Deposit
A $250.00 dollar Security deposit is due prior to check in. This payment will not
be processed, provided there is no damage, theft, or extensive cleaning to the
unit or property. You may pay this by check or credit card.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Guests arriving at other times must call and
make alternative arrangements. Check-out is 10:00am.
Rules and Regulations
The condominium has rules that must be adhered to. These rules are posted in
the unit. No more than 6 people may occupy the unit. Student groups are not
permitted. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the unit. No smoking in the
unit, and no pets are allowed.
