Payment Policies
A security deposit to secure dates of $1,000 is due upon booking. 50% due thirty
days prior to arrival with balance due ten days prior to arrival date. The security
deposit will be returned within ten days of departure. Liability for damages is not
limited to the amount of the deposit.
