It’s not like you need an excuse to visit it. After all, Delray Beach is one of the most charming villages in all of the Sunshine State, a quirky little paradise overflowing with all the amenities of a big city. It’s a place where you can nosh on fine fare and shop-till-you-drop at trendy boutiques; a place where most of the people seem to be smiling most of the time; a place without traffic jams and parking meters and cranky clerks. Hold onto your beach towel—here it is: The 15th Annual Downtown Delray Beach Craft Festival brushes into Pineapple Grove in downtown Delray Beach from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Feb. 25- 26, 2012 , and it’s a sweetheart of a street festival. Some of the nation’s finest crafters will be showing-off their wares, hand-made American goods that include ceramics, one-of-a-kind jewelry, paintings, bath and body products, metal works, accessories – and way too much else to list! You’ll also enjoy the Green Market, brimming with plants, orchids, and exotic flora. And this little tidbit is sure to float your flip-flops; admission is free . Do I have to paint a picture for you?
