The Pearl Restaurant – Treasure Island FL
When on the Tampa Bay Beaches there are a variety of great restaurants, each with its own specialties. Over the years several have come and gone for a variety of reasons but one great restaurant has quietly sat in downtown Treasure Island Florida: The Pearl Restaurant.
From the minute you step into The Pearl it is apparent this is going to be a great evening. The warm and inviting atmosphere and fantastic people at The Pearl welcome you with open arms, keeping to their Mediterranean heritage.
The menu includes a variety of fabulous appetizers from Lobster Bisque to Asian inspired Calamari to their signature Tuna Martini. whatever you select you will not be disappointed.
The menu includes pasta and other vegetarian delights for those who prefer not to eat meat and a variety of succulent pastas with salmon, chicken and more.
The Moroccan Specialties on the menu include a fantastic array of spices and cooked to perfection. Lamb, Chicken and Fish Tagine are on the menu as is a truly delightful Moroccan Filet.
For the meat lover, the Filet Mignon served with Bordelaise is a top choice. Also on the menu are Duck, Veal, Chicken and Rack of Lamb. You will find whatever your heart desires at The Pearl.
Food is not the only reason to come to The Pearl, the friendly atmosphere is another key to the success of the restaurant. Chef Karim Chiadmi is a warm and welcoming presence in the restaurant and a pleasure to meet and speak to.
Head over to the bar, where there was live music last evening when we stopped by, and ask Kristin to pour you an Expresso Martini, an Appleton Rum or a hearty glass of Chardonnay. You will probably meet some of the locals who come here regularly to get their fill of this fantastic food.
The Pearl is located at 163 107th Avenue, Treasure Island, Florida. From St Pete Beach driving north on Gulf Boulevard and then go north on Blind Pass Road over Blind Pass Bridge to 107th Ave.
The Pearl Restaurant is in an unassuming shopping center to your right across from the Treasure Island Clock Tower.
