Low Season .. Sep 01-Dec 31 .. $ 875/week.
High Season .. Dec 31-Apr 30 .. $1250/week.
Mid Season .. May 01-Aug 31 .. $1000/week.
Easter Season .March 31-April 14, 2012 .. $1470/week.
Minimum four nights stay, seven night minumum during holiday weeks and high season.
Rates do not include cleaning fee of $120 and Florida taxes of 12%.
