Wonderful ground floor condo directly on the white sand beach of Indian Rocks sleeps 4 adults comfortably.We are situated on the Tampa Bay Beaches in the barrier island that connects Clearwater Beach to the north and Saint Petersburg Florida to the south.

 Our beach front vacation condo is convenient to both the tampa international airport and the St Petersburg Clearwater airport both less than 30 miles away.
Indian Rocks Beach maintains what is warmly regarded as old Florida charm in that it is not a compilation of hi-rise building and little more. We are known for our relaxed pace, friendly local population and welcoming beaches.

Shack on the Sand is part of an eight unit complex reminiscient of 1950’s Florida. It maintains all of its old Florida charm while retaining convenience and  updated amenities. Here you step out the door directly onto the white sand beach. There are no elevators and no need to deal with a parking garage.

You can enjoy the company of a small number of neighbors and may even make some new friends along the way. Or relax and enjoy your private unit for solitude along our beautiful beach..

Indian Rocks Beach, Florida remains a quaint small beach town. There is a local museum, beautiful park and community gazebo.  The island is small enough to take a stroll and cross from the intracoastal waterway to the beach in no time. We also have a trolley that provides transport up and down the barrier island.
